I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who are navigating relational challenges and life transitions. I believe deeply in the power of human connection and the healing potential that emerges when people feel seen, supported, and emotionally understood—both within themselves and in their relationships. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we work together. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I enjoy working with couples as they explore patterns of communication, strengthen emotional bonds, and rebuild trust. Treatment is not a one-size-fits-all process; instead, I partner with clients to build goals and treatment plans that align with their values, strengths, and lived experiences, honoring the unique dynamics each individual and relationship brings into the therapy space.
My professional background is in music therapy, and I am a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC). This training allows me to integrate music therapy techniques and music-based mindfulness practices into sessions when appropriate or when clients express interest, offering additional pathways for expression, regulation, and connection.
